Provider-Specific Policies

Each provider on Glamic sets their own policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and payment terms. These policies are clearly displayed during the booking process and on the provider’s profile.

Deposit Requirements

Providers may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposit policies, including refund conditions, are set by the individual providers and will be communicated to you during the booking process.

Balance Payment and Reminders

The remaining balance for your appointment is due prior to the start of your service as per the provider’s policy.

You will receive a reminder in advance, as set by the provider, to ensure the balance is settled.

Failure to Pay Balance

If the balance is unpaid at the time of your appointment, the provider may cancel the service. Deposit refund conditions will be subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.

Lateness Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, the provider has the discretion to modify the service, apply a late fee, or cancel the appointment. Refunds of deposits in these cases are subject to the provider’s policy.
