Deposit Requirement

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. For appointments made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable immediately upon booking.

Balance Payment and Reminder

The remaining balance for your appointment is due prior to the start of your service. You will receive a reminder 48 hours in advance to ensure the balance is settled.

Failure to Pay Balance

If the balance is unpaid at the time of your appointment, the provider may cancel the service. If the appointment is cancelled due to non-payment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Lateness Policy

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, the provider has the discretion to modify the service, apply a late fee, or cancel the appointment with no refund of your deposit. Please be punctual to receive the full service you booked.

Provider Cancellation

Should your provider cancel the appointment, you will be fully refunded the deposit you paid.
